Article 1: If you place another order on the same link while a previous order is still in progress, the system may show an error and your balance may be lost. Do not submit overlapping orders for the same link.
Article 2: If you place an order while your profile is private/hidden, the system may mark the order as completed and no refund will be issued for that transaction.
Article 3: If part of your order is delivered and the remaining part is canceled or cannot be completed (except in cases covered by Article 2), the undelivered amount will be refunded to your balance. You can then try again or use a different service.
Article 4: You should not place another order for the same username, profile, or post before the existing order has fully finished.
Article 5: There is no guarantee for bot follower or bot-based services. Followers or other metrics may drop at any time, including the next day, due to platform updates or filters.
Article 6: Our panel does not guarantee exact start or completion times. The times written in service descriptions are only estimates and may change depending on social media platform updates and system load.
Article 7: It is strictly forbidden to use our services on accounts that contain +18 adult content, illegal betting, gambling, coupon sales, or any unlawful activity.
Article 8: Balance added to the system is non-refundable. However, if we mutually agree on a specific service and that service is permanently removed or becomes unusable, a refund for the remaining amount related to that service may be issued.
Article 9: After placing your order, do not change or hide your account, username, post link, or IDs, and do not place orders from other panels for the same link until your order is completed. If there is an issue, wait for our response before taking further action.
Article 10: Any user who registers and places an order in our system is deemed to have accepted these terms and cannot later claim any rights or make complaints based on them.
Article 11: The data written in service descriptions may not always be fully up-to-date. They are provided as preliminary information only. Guarantees, start times, and retention periods are not valid unless explicitly stated in the service description.
Before placing an order, the user’s social media profile must be set to public. Orders placed on private/hidden profiles may fail without any right to a refund.
Social media systems are constantly being updated. Your account may be restricted, limited, or closed after follower or engagement operations. Please avoid using services for newly opened, copyrighted, unverified (no SMS/email confirmation) or otherwise risky accounts. There is also a risk for ordinary accounts. The user accepts full responsibility for these risks.

Our panel does not guarantee the safety or continuity of any account that has been closed, restricted, or where followers, likes, or other metrics have been deleted by the platform.
Our panel does not guarantee activity, retention, or non-drop for all transactions. We are only responsible for delivering the amount purchased. (Except for services explicitly marked as guaranteed.) If there is an incomplete delivery, the system automatically refunds the fee for the missing part.
There is no guarantee for bot follower operations or any bot-based services. Retention is not certain and incoming followers may be removed even the next day.
If the status of orders placed on hidden or private accounts appears as “Order complete”, no refunds can be made.
If an order is processed incorrectly due to wrong link, wrong username, or wrong service selection and the status becomes “Order completed”, no refunds can be made.
The start time and processing speed of orders may vary, be delayed, or extended depending on system load, technical issues, or platform-side changes.
The balance entered into the system is strictly non-refundable. However, if a specific service that we agreed upon has a serious problem and is permanently removed, a refund for the remaining amount of that service can be made to your balance.

The user agrees not to use our services for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, adult content, illegal betting, gambling, or any content that violates local or international laws.
4. Risks and Limitations
Social media platforms can update their algorithms and policies at any time. As a result, accounts may experience drops, restrictions, temporary blocks, or permanent bans. The user accepts these risks and understands that we cannot be held responsible for such outcomes.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments added as balance to the panel are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a specific service is permanently removed or cannot be delivered due to our technical issues. In such cases, refunds are made as balance, not as cash withdrawals.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change, update, or modify this Usage Agreement and related rules at any time without prior notice. The user is responsible for reviewing the latest version on the website or panel.
7. Acceptance
By registering, logging in, or placing any order on our panel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all Terms, Rules, and this Usage Agreement in full.
